Join Our Team

At Ten Mile Counseling, we believe meaningful therapy begins with seeing the whole person.

We are committed to providing deeply trauma-informed, compassionate, and affirming care—not only for single-incident trauma, but also for the complexities of developmental, relational, and complex trauma.

Our work may include supporting clients navigating childhood trauma, complex trauma, intimate partner betrayal, infidelity, religious trauma, and other experiences that can profoundly impact relationships, identity, sexuality, and overall well-being.

We take a holistic approach to mental health, considering the interconnectedness of the biological, psychological, social, spiritual, and sexual aspects of each person's experience.

We provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, with an emphasis on creating a therapeutic environment that is safe, collaborative, authentic, and affirming.

We’re Growing Our Team

We are seeking trauma-informed therapists and EMDR providers who are passionate about helping clients heal and who value thoughtful, collaborative clinical work.

At Ten Mile Counseling, we believe therapists deserve the same level of support and care that we hope to provide our clients. We strive to create a supportive, non-competitive environment where clinicians can practice authentically, collaborate with colleagues, deepen their clinical skills, and continue growing professionally.

If you are passionate about trauma-informed care, value whole-person treatment, and want to be part of a practice where you can do meaningful work while continuing to grow as a clinician, we would love to hear from you.

Our Service Philosophy

We believe mental health care is a collaborative journey between therapist and client.

Our practice is grounded in trauma-informed, identity-affirming approaches that recognize the impact of minority stress while honoring the resilience, strengths, and lived experiences of the LGBTQ+ community.

We are committed to meeting each client where they are, honoring their individual experiences and identities, and supporting them in achieving meaningful mental health goals.

We extend this same philosophy to our team. We believe clinicians thrive in an environment where they can collaborate rather than compete, continue learning, and bring their authentic selves to their work.
